Job Description
This large government agency currently has the need to recruit a senior agile BA to work across multiple projects. The projects are quite complex and involve both the business and IT solutions.
The role
You will work across a variety ot projects, and particularly focus on the initial discovery phrase. This will require you to have excellent stakeholder engagement skills as you run discovery workshops and gather requirements from a variety of sources.
As the development is outsourced, your role at this point would be more on the assurance side making sure that the delivery is done correctly. You will also be involved with UAT with the business.
The projects will predominantly be using agile methodology and frameworks so you experiene in writing user stories, wireframes will be key.
Essential requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, working on agile projects
- Advanced stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated expeirence using the agile framework, writing user stories/wireframes etc
- Experience leading discoveries for complex projects, documentation
