Job Description

The company
This high profile government organisation are currently embarking on a large digital transformation program. One of the project streams involves replacing all AV systems. The project team is very busy but like to have fun whilst they work. They currently require an experienced change analyst or project coordinator looking to move into change, to support the project managers and Change Lead.

The role
  • 3 days per week
  • 6 month contract with possible extension

Key tasks:
  • Creating user guides/training materials in simple easy to understand language for the users
  • Providing regular updates (change communications) to impacted teams
  • Liasing closely with stakeholders to ensure engagement to the change and measuring success
  • Preparing packs and speaking points
  • Helping with business process - change comms

Essential requirements
You will have at least 2 years' as a change analyst or project coordinator, and have a good understanding of what tasks may be required throughout the change management process. You are not afraid to use your initiative, and be able to quickly pick up tasks.

You will be flexible, not too fixed on technical jargon/process oriented, and be willing to get stuck in and do whatever is needed.

You will have an excellent understanding of the end user and adjust the type of language accordingly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be a real team player.

This role could also suit a project coordinator or stakeholder engagement specialist who is willing to moving into change.

The team likes to have a laugh and work collaboratively to get things done.
