Parramatta based NSW Government organisation currently involved in large scale digital transformation projects.

The Role

The Project Change Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of Change Management processes within assigned ICT programs and projects. This is a challenging and multi-disciplinary position, drawing on a range of specialist skills such as strategic planning, stakeholder management, business process alignment, organizational change planning and implementation, negotiation and resistance management, benefit realisation, learning and development, and project management. The position is responsible for ensuring that business owners have consistency in customer centric delivery and faster adoption in relation to major ICT driven change initiatives. The position works both with internal and external stakeholders and delivery partners within the organisation. This role will require the successful applicant to concurrently work across multiple active projects.

Key Requirements

  • Formal training and/or experience implementing / applying a recognised Change Management Methodology such as Prosci ADKAR and demonstrated understanding of the Software Delivery Lifecyle (SDLC) and the ICT impact on change deliverables;
  • Demonstrated experience as a Change Manager to design, develop and execute change management strategies and plans including contemporary solutions to support program deliverables and identified benefit realisation milestones and outcomes;
  • Demonstrated experience utilising the principles of adult learning to develop, create and deploy large scale training and communication programs;
  • Demonstrated ability to write user-friendly material for a variety of audiences and media, including concise internal e-mail, newsletter articles, surveys and training materials, Intranet content, scripts for telephone messages;
