Job Description
My client is one of the country's largest automotive financiers and is seeking an experienced Change Manager for a 12 month contract, with possible extension.
As the Change Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with key senior level internal business and project stakeholders to implement change for multiple, varied scale projects. You will assess, design, develop and implement sustainable change both internally and externally in-line with business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing a stakeholder engagement plan
- Developing a communication plan for all stakeholders impacted by the change project
- In consultation with the Learning & Development team, develop a training strategy and plan
- Work collaboratively with the change team, project team and business leaders to develop a sustainable change program positive cultural change
- Developing and implementing a plan to measure and monitor all aspects of the change initiative, identifying risk areas and determine appropriate solutions
Experience Required:
- Proven experience in Organisational Change Management including relevant experience on large scale projects
- Ability to work effectively across multiple projects at the one time
- Change management methodologies and best practices experience
- Significant experience in working through strategy, design, build, testing and implementing large transformation projects
- Have a strategic orientation and high level of business and people acumen
- Relevant University degree or equivalent
