Job Description

NSW Government agency is seeking an experience Business Analyst with Learning Management Systems knowledge and experience. They currently have a program of work (People HR Systems Program) comprising sourcing and implementing a Case Management and Learning Management system (LMS). This role is focussed on leading the Learning Management system deployment.

The Business Analyst is responsible for gathering and process mapping to assit in the design and implementation of a single LMS across the government agency.


Key Accountabilities:

    • Design tools and implement processes to identify, analyse and facilitate improvements to business systems, processes and workflows aligned with the overall business requirements for the Learning Management project.
    • Provide quality control for learning products and administration of learning activities. Lead the user acceptance testing activities.
    • Identify, analyse and facilitate improvements to business systems, processes and workflows aligned with the overall business requirements for a single LMS.
    • Implement a continuous improvement approach throughout the lifecycle of the project
    • Work collaboratively to drive a high level of client engagement through the delivery of a fit for purpose end user interface with the Learning Management solution.
