PMO Analyst / Portfolio Analyst
Permanent full-time
Working from home flexibility

The PMO Analyst supports the Project Management Practice lead in product ownership and management of enterprise project management tools by providing subject matter expertise as well as administration support including managing vendor level support.

The PMO Analyst is also the secretariat of the Project Management Communities of Practice and engages stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

Essential Requirements


  • Experience in implementing and developing project management capabilities.
  • Experience working within an Enterprise Portfolio Management office (EPMO) supporting corporate strategy and portfolio of strategic programs and projects.
  • Strong understanding of PMI Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) with demonstrated experience supporting the Project Management lifecycle and associated controls.
  • Experience in measuring portfolio performance and reporting key metrics involving implementation of the strategy, alignment, trends and continuous improvement.
  • Track record in engaging with stakeholders and project teams in a complex matrix environment to drive operational excellence and achieve agreed outcomes.
  • Demonstrated technical and administration experience in Microsoft suite such as SharePoint, O365, Project Professional, Power Platform, Power Bi, and Project Online.
