Job Description

NSW Government Agency is seeking an experienced Quality Coordinator to actively drive the coordination of quality outcomes as part of the Uplift for a major telco related program. This is an initial 6-month contract with options.

The role will be responsible for:

Document Management
  • Onboarding / offboard people in and out of the Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) including training, permissions, keeping workflows up to date, managing permission requests, etc.
  • Periodic audits ensuring map of EDRMS is kept up to date of what information goes where, how many sites there are, any non-compliance to mandated ways of working
  • Participating with the Quality Lead and SMEs in the discovery to ensure current state understood and documented, working with business SMEs and other nominated people to ensure the right outcome from discovery
  • Liaising with IT, TA, DCS and any other relevant body to get information on system ownership and current guidelines for use

Creation, maintenance and continuous improvement of dashboards for reporting on quality measures:
  • Internal assurance open action items
  • External assurance open actions items
  • Creating / keeping calendars updated of key quality activity and scheduling of activities - both internal (health and spot checks, PIRs, deep dives, etc.) and external (iNSW, Treasury)
  • Drafting reporting for regular governance forms

External Audits / Assurance Reviews
  • All administration associated with any reviews - setting up meetings, preparing packs, collating information, working with document owners on material, submitting documentation, correct record keeping of entire review

Internal Assurance Activities
  • Schedule, attending at lessons learnt workshops, health checks, etc. - documenting outcomes and updating registers with actions, owners, due dates.

Experience required:
  • Minimum 4+ years' experience in a PMO coordinator position (essential)
  • Working knowledge of various methodologies, artefact reviews
  • Communications across Program
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proven time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
