Recruitment Consultant - Account Manager
Full Time Position - Sydney
Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 + superannuation

Enterprise is a boutique IT Recruitment and Professional Services Company that supplies to government, corporate and professional service panels. Enterprise is experiencing high growth, which is simply down to our great client base, experienced consultants, team culture, fully functional admin resources and a dedicated New Business Development Manager.


This is a true Account Management position and your key responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies
  • Advertise and market job vacancies
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Headhunting
  • Helping candidates prepare for interview
  • Obtain leads from candidates
  • Assist in any recruitment projects secured
  • Create talent pools for various skill sets
  • Build positive relationships in order to gain a better understanding of your clients' recruitment needs and requirements

We are seeking an ambitious and confident individual to join our high performing team. You will need to possess a degree qualification with at least two years relevant work experience and a true passion for recruitment and customer service.
