Experienced Salesforce Delivery Manager required for an exciting contract opportunity within a large Government Department.

Key Accountabilities:

* Manage a team of people to deliver Salesforce as the enterprise system of record for SIRA

* Enhance existing and deliver new capability as per Salesforce Roadmap

* Manage and communicate Salesforce release cycle

* Manage multiple service providers and staff

* Build the internal Salesforce capability

* Monitor and manage budgets and resources

Essential criteria:

* Extensive experience in delivering Salesforce products (particularly Service Cloud and Experience Cloud)

* Exceptional stakeholder, change management and communication skills

* Knowledge of the Salesforce data model

* Experience in delivering Salesforce community portals (Experience cloud)

* Experience in Service Cloud voice or Amazon Connect desirable

* Experience with the public sector solution and/or Omni Studio desirable
