The company
This ASX listed agribusiness organisation is currently working on multiple high profile digital projects to improve the customer experience. This includes a large high profile project involving customer facing websites and mobile apps. They have an exceptional company culture and like to have fun whilst they work. They currently have the need for a digital BA to join the team to complement the existing skill set. Because of this the requirements of the role are quite fluid depending on your areas of expertise.

The role
The role will be an initial 12 month contract with likely extension. The role will be working on a very high profile digital project, within a team of approx 20. You will work alongside 4 other BA's who are very collaborative.

You will be working in a scrum team/agile environment and working closely with the business units to identify and document requirements, user stories and facilitate workshops.

Other duties include

• Develop acceptance criteria and functional specifications
• Analyse business processes, AS-IS - TO-BE
• Work closely with UX/UI, Product owners
• Help co-ordinate training, user acceptance and product showcases of solutions

Key requirements

• At least 3+ years' experience as a digital BA
• You must have worked on projects involving customer facing websites/apps (ideally B2B)
• Strong experience working closely with CX/UX
• Agile/scrum experience
• Previous experience working in supply chain, FMCG, logistics or agribusiness would be beneficial but not essential
• You must have excellent and engaging communication skills
• Previous experience working on CRM systems would be highly regarded

However the role requirements are flexible and will complement the rest of the team - for example if you are quite technical and have integration experience, they can put you on a more technical project and leave the front-end work to one of the other BAs.
