We seek an Enterprise Architect to operate as the technology lead, forming part of a major strategic review program.
Extensive experience in enterprise architecture coupled with deep analytical skills and deally with insurance experience and have come from a consulting background.
Assess current state technology and business capabilities against their respective target states and / or strategy, with clear identification of gaps.
Undertake analysis across key focus areas; developing clear insights, solutions, simplification opportunities and recommendations - this includes CRM, Data Migration Strategies, Data Mastering, Policy & Claims Administration, Integration Patterns, Operating Models, and Delivery Models.
Analyse and provide insights into existing programs of work and their alignment to objectives.
Assess and review current and future commercial operating models, and their alignment to the organisations requirements.
Ensure the broader organisation and stakeholders are aligned with the business strategy and priorities.
Develop and run structured workshops with stakeholders, including senior executives and develop clear and articulate presentations, suitable for senior executives.
Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture, developing current state, target state, and gap analysis
Analytical background, with strong report writing, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of architecture frameworks and methodologies e.g. TOGAF, business process modelling and frameworks e.g. BPMN, and business analysis methodologies e.g. BABOK
Knowledge and experience in Information management, including Master Data Management, Enterprise Content Management and Document Management
Experience in CRM (exposure to Salesforce highly regarded) and Digital solutions (exposure to Sitecore highly regarded
Business improvement and business transformation experience
Systems integration expertise, e.g. ESBs, loosely and highly coupled solutions, deep linking
Knowledge of delivery methodologies i.e. agile, waterfall
A broad range of experience in policy & billing, claims management and claims triaging within the Insurance industry.
Knowledge and experience in project management (PMBOK), and change methodologies (ADKAR)
