Job Description

The Company:
This well known Australian organisation, based in North Sydney, has an immediate need for a Service Desk professional to join their team of 20. The company boasts an enviable relaxed, supportive culture and great team environment.

The Role:
This is a 2 month contract where you will be expected to hit the ground running. Supporting a user base of approx 500-600 permanent and an additional 500 temporary staff, your key responsibilities include:

  • Level 1/2 support
  • Handle phone queries (approx 5-10 per day)
  • Deal with all email queries, logging them in JIRA
  • Assist with PC and laptop replacements
  • Managing a backlog of outstanding issues, contacting users to determine if their issue is still current

Essential Skills and Experience (Please only apply if you have all of the following:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role providing Level 1 and Level 2 support
  • Demonstrated experience of Windows 7, Windows 10, Office 365 and active directory
  • Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills
  • At least 1-2 years' experience using JIRA
  • Can-do positive attitude
