    With continuous growth, we are seeking an industry and sales expert to join the sales and marketing team of Australia.

    The Role

    The Business Development Manager will be responsible for securing new business for the ERP suites and solutions across VIC, TAS, SA, WA. You will develop new, strong and long lasting clients to complete your portfolio and drive client success.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assessing potential partners, performing competitive research, evaluating proposed deals/partnerships, and analysing and developing business cases for new business targets
    • Establish customers' needs and explain and demonstrate products to them, which may involve providing technical descriptions of products and how they may be used
    • Visit clients to demonstrate use of products and carry out formal presentations of products
    • Identifying opportunities for business improvement and strategic new business opportunities
    • Managing multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously, interacting with a diverse set of partners and prospective partners
    • Pre Sales - Talk to clients and potential clients to determine the software needs of their business
    • Partner Management - Plan and work towards meeting partner sales targets and budgets
    • Partner Support - Identify the solution to issues with software and implementation that the partner may encounter
    • Account Management
    • Marketing - Develop and implement appropriate strategies by selecting, segmenting and targeting markets, and promoting products and services to those markets
    • Experience in sales within the manufacturing or related industries
    • Experience with selling ERP products is desirable
    • Strong track record in Sales / Territory Management
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent relationship building, communication, and influencing skills
    • Base salary = $90,000 - $115,000 plus superannuation
    • Up to $90,000 in commission
    • Bonus = $20,000 on 100% achievement of the quota
