To avoid any doubt when a candidate is referred to Enterprise IT Resources, we will immediately inform the referrer whether that particular candidate is active on our database. Active on our database means that we have been in contact with them in the last 3 months in regards to finding them work. If they are not active but are still on our database then the referrer will qualify for their reward.
The Contract that a referred candidate has been placed into must be full time, and a minimum length of 3 months for the reward to apply. Placement of a referred candidate must be made within 6 months of being referred for the reward to apply.
Once the referred candidate has completed their probation period or contract the reward will be either posted to the referrer or delivered in person by an Enterprise IT Resources consultant.
Only one reward per referred candidate applies.
The programme is effective from now until end March 2020.
Payment is made in the form of a Westfield XS voucher.
The following payments are applicable for referrals of contractors:
If the initial full-time assignment is for 6 months or longer, you will receive a $500 XS voucher.
If the initial full-time assignment is for between 3 – 6 months, you will receive a $300 XS voucher.
If you refer a candidate that we place into a full-time permanent role, you will receive a $300 XS voucher.
